Rates/Programs

Rates:

  •  Twice per week group classes $100 ($12.50) per session
  • Three times per week group classes $140 ($12.00) per session
  • Saturday WOD – members $5.00 or free if you bring a guest
  • Drop in Rate – $15.00 per session
  • Personal training – $75 per hour

CrossFit Endurance

  • Video Analysis of running gait – $100 (group pricing available)
  • Programs available on request for events (5K, 10K, etc.) – discounts to PFSC  members rates depend on length of program

Schedule:

  • Tues/Thurs – 5:30 AM, 8:15 PM
  • Wed/Fri – 5:30 AM
  • Saturday – 9:00 AM

  1. i jog by your “gym” in the mornings and have always wanted to stop and find out more about it. thanks to a friend of mine who posted a picture of herself working out in your gym, i now know what its called and the rates. now just need to figure out what time works best fo rme…may do a drop in to try it out.

      Thanks for the inquiry, and interest, I have a few options for you. If you don’t have much experience in the gym, I would recommend coming by on a Saturday. My Saturday workouts (9:00 AM) are more like a boot camp with a little bit of weights thrown in. These workouts are usually a little bit more casual and I typically have time afterward to discuss any questions that you may have. If you have experience in the gym (squats, dead-lifts, overhead presses, bodyweight exercises,) you can come for one of the regular classes (I’d appreciate a quick e-mail or call as a heads up). Of course if you would like to discuss a bit more, give me a call 200-2372 and we can discuss.

    • I’m currently not offering a 3X weekly program, but that would be the rate. I have one slot open for the Wed/Fri AM classes twice per week. $75. That is for 4 weeks of training. Occasionally, the 4 weeks of training will take more weeks on the calendar.
