First things first, we have had some visitors this month to CFPF, and that is awesome, we also had Karin sign up as a regular in the 0500 class where she is already making some phenomenal improvements! Welcome to the team Karin!
I wanted to use this forum to report out the results that we got in this Month’s benchmark WOD “DT”. This was a really tough WOD for lots of strange ways, the deadlift was stupid-easy, but it went south quickly from there and ended up being a down right burner.
This month, we had an average of a 19% improvement from the first time this was executed to the second time just 4 weeks later. During the process, we had two people add weight to the benchmark, so we can’t tell how much their scores would have improved if they kept the weight the same, but I assure you there was a fantastic effort applied by all.
